I do not know about Canada but in Ohio it is not legal for a 14 year old girl and 17 year old boy to have consensul sex--I think the cut off for a 14 year old is with a partner under 16. As noted, legal, consensual, and "is it a good idea" are very different things. I am also curious why you are asking the question and how you happen to post on this Board
