HI Crazychickuk,
I would definitely follow all the good advice on here. I have had moments like you had had too recently and am always having to do my best to calm down. Seems like all I do lately. I take a hot shower or bath to help calm me down. Things have been very scary the last 3 years or so for me since 9-11. But, I always try to put things into perspective. HUGS
