Take a deep breath, sip some cool water. Sit down.
Okay whenever you get that run-away fear feeling:
1. Inhale deeply slowly and hold the breath in for 4 seconds then exhale slowly and then inhale slowly and repeat this process for 8 cycles.
2. Get a tall glass of cool water. Drink slowly this water.

Keep being aware of your breath and let your self sigh....

*Remember Fear is a run away train.
You want to get off the fear train.

The key to getting off is calming the breath and the mind will follow.
Hydrating the body, cooling it's over heated moment.

Put the concerns away for a few moments till you can become calm.
You can always pick the problem up again later. It will not go away.
This is your life and you are in charge. The fear was becoming the center of your life...
you don't need fear to be at the center of your life.

Sure there problems with our planet and our lives. Sometimes the problems present themselves as urgent. It's up to us to decide if they are in fact urgent.


You are just a breath away from relief of fear.
