Dinah - thanks for thinking about it. It was ok because my therapist called her yesterday and filled her in on what was going on and because I pretty much refused to engage in much of a conversation about "whys" which seem very irrelevant to me at the moment. I'm armed with a bunch of prescriptions to fill, but all stuff I am already taking or have taken in the past. She wanted to add something new but i declined on that too - new drug trials are always traumatic and I just don't feel up to it.
