But wasn't it you that posted about the difficulties of going to work and having to smile no matter what? I've held jobs like that and hated them. I wasn't suggesting that these jobs were demeaning - just that they can be very difficult. Especially for someone as arrogant as some of the doctors we've described.
But if you just want to go for torture instead of occupations:
They should be reincarnated as a 5 yr olds pet hamster.
