I am still pondering Kristi's question, so it made me curious. I guess I have never "unrepressed" a memory IN therapy, just processed it in therapy. I shouldn't say "just" because it was really important--in sharing it, it moved me past the shame of the memory. But the memory inself did not emerge in therapy.
