Well, there have been times in therapy when I didn't have much to say because there wasn't that much to say.
In fact, there have been times when my therapy was just downright boring and I was like "why am I paying for this?"But, on the other hand, there have been other times when I did have something to say but wasn't saying it. I was just simply pretending it wasn't there.
