I like Natural Factors which I get from iHerb: http://www.iherb.com/ProductDetails.aspx?c=1&pid=4251
It may be available somewhere else, but the last time I looked, iHerb had the best price (when buying 240 softgels). Natural Factors is a Canadian company and iHerb says, "All Natural Factors products are manufactured in accordance with the Government of Canada's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), among the highest standards in the world." They also say they get a fresh supply directly from them every month. This I believe because it's one of their top sellers.
There's 400mg EPA and 200mg DHA in each capsule, and at their price, they're 10.4 cents each. I'm not a member myself, but if you shop at Costco, I've read they carry Kirkland Lab fish oil at an even better price. Kirkland Lab is a quality brand, as far as I know.
