Laura,
So are you completely off all meds or still weaning off some? This week I go off the Effexor completely (last 75 mg) and will be on only 20 mg of Prozac.
If I would only listen to my body I would be able to eat right. It is my mind that craves the sweets still, but it is getting lots better already. I am feeling better each day. Very little physical this weekend except extreme tiredness, but then I felt better so I did a lot more cleaning than usual. I guess that is a good kind of tiredness. I have been putting off cleaning the bird cages thoroughly for a long time so me and "my guy" loaded them up and took them to the car wash. Ah, what a sense of accomplishment. Something I dreaded for months took only about an hour. Now the birds have a poop free environment again. It is the little things in life that are the best. Have a great week!!
