Thanks for the thoughts on this. Sounds like you have been through quite a bit on this so appreciate the advice. I really had a a"wound up" night last night and an ugly anger outburst that surprised even me. I hadn't been like that in five years. I finally just put myself to bed to calm down. It was not pretty. Numb is alot easier, but I know I am missing out on a lot of life so will continue to wean and clean ( : Thanks again for sharing your life with all of us.
