Dr. Tracy has some excellent suggestions for withdrawing safely. She says you need to do it over a long period of time, shaving a little bit off the pill at a time. I went off fairly quickly and did end up in the ER with horrible effects. But It has been two years now and I am doing just fine. No longer suicidal, no longer depressed.
