I read both documents and it sounds to me like the greater concern is too little Magnesium, not too much Magnesium...and that a proper balance be maintained between Mag, Calcium and Potassium. Again, what I take is a homepathic version which apparantly (according to my homeopathic MD)you can never take too much of. Don't even have child safety caps on the bottles.
I am interested in anything more anyone finds out
