Hi -
which brands did you find best and which not? I've recently found the Twinlabs MegaTwin EPA good but it is very expensive for the amount I have to take. It has a very high EPA :DHA ratio, plus 50ius vitamin E added to each cap. I have found better results generally with high EPA fish oil for mood and eczema.
