I tend to feel more satisfied temporarily when I eat foods that are high in "bad" fats, cholesterol, etc. I know I shouldn't eat that stuff, and I don't do it too often, but I do feel better. For example, I feel good after I eat pizza. I really like pizza, but it probably clogs my arteries. I do indulge occasionally. I don't intend to cut out healthy foods, but I am seriously considering stopping MOST of the "alternative" supplements. With the sole exception of Magnesium, I see no benefit to most of that stuff.
