Could evening primrose oil (it is the Royal Brittany brand) cause headaches when combined with the Omega 3?
I asked because I was trying to go back up from one to two gels of EPO in addition to my 1 1/2 ish grams of Omega 3. My headaches started back and they had been gone about three months.
The thing is I just feel so stiff and ache all over. I'm having to go off Bextra since it was banned and I'm running out. I was hoping the Omega would help my arthritis as well as my depression.
Please forgive if I don't understand all the particulars of your posts. My brain is quite fuzzy these days.
