I wouldnt say rubbish, but if you think a pill or a few pills will take you all the way to remission, youll likely get disappointed.
I havent added new drugs since 2016 for precisely that reason.
Seroquel 700mg
Zyprexa 22.5mg
Lithium 225mg
Metformin 2000mg
Orthomolecular
