there are a number of long acting ritalin and focalin preparations on the market. zoloft+wellbutrin can be effective for some forms of depression, but I wouldn't say that adding wellbutrin off sets "side effects." adding wellbutrin to ongoing ssri further alters brain chemistry, which may or may not be a good thing.
