5-htp is the direct perscuser to serotonin, l-trypophan is not, but it eventually does turn into serotonin, it's gotta go through more checmical processes than 5-htp
there was a little mood noticement but it's not really anything major difference, maybe a pepped up mood but never go over 100mg with 5-HTP with an SSRI due to serotonin syndrome
