Though I hate the drugged feeling and hangover effect of Trazodone, I took it for years with Nardil without a problem. I'm talking dosages probably too low for any antidepressant effect, 100mg. I've also taken Seroquel at between 12.5 and 25mg. It also has a hangover effect. Right now I usually use about 50mg of Benadryl when I have trouble sleeping. I've cut my clonazepam down from 2mg to .5mg on the way to 0 because of the memory problems with benzos. I am really sensitive to the histamine drugs. This is good, because insomnia with Nardil never really goes away; and I'm a lifer.
