In my experience I started feeling terrible during the intitial stages, it progressed worse and worse over the course of a few days until i knew something was definately wrong. Turned out the combo of 60 mg paxil, buspar, and wellbutrin was just too much for me. now I recognize the early signs (severe sweating, severe fatigue,high blood pressure, and a feeling of being completelly disconnected).
