Ok, this is becoming ulmost rediculus. Been trying more & more addons the my MAOI (Marplan) but each trials has its own set of problems. So now Ive just stopped amitriptyline Oi strait on Valdoxan (agomelatine). One of the newwer ADs im told. I certainly like the idea behind it. With the m1 & m2 meletonin receptors agonist effects Im hoping it will correct my sleeping patterns and do away with my heypersomnia. Also is a 5-HT2C antagonist Which in turn boosts NE/na & DA (?). Hope this is the big gun I need...
