Hang on hang on. Why am I thinking of diphehydramine, when I have plenty of amnitryptyline left over? Im sure 25 to 50mg would suffice to create the SRI conditions on which your theory is based.
I also still have plenty of trimipramine left. It has much different & more actions inc 5-HT2 antagonism. Lots of other effcts tho http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trimipramine
