An example of the important of SRI with 5 HT2 antagonism is Serzone. It is a potent 5 HT2 receptor antagonist even at low doses, but it is not until you get to the higher doses where there is more SRI that it starts to become an effective antidepressant. I don't know what you should add to help with the serotonin, or if it would definitely work. I would talk to your doctor, I don't know anything about what interacts with valdoxan.


Complaints: post-SSRI problems: anhedonia, memory and concentration problems, sexual dysfunction. )
