> Yeah, I'm beginning to see that benzos are the pits. Your first post read to me as anti-med, and I do agree that meds are overused and often misproperly used. Personally, I do wish I had not started Xanax use. I cannot do w/o a low dose, not that the low dose keeps panic at bay.
