Interesting. The only oral magnesium I have tried is magnesium citrate and it was also negative for me moodwise, yet I also feel better after epsom salts baths (lasts a couple days). It could be the sulphate.

I will take oral magnesium glycinate at some stage to see if it is different to citrate for me, and also I will take some mag chloride baths to test the sulphate theory.

I am quite intrigued by magnesium.
