I don't know. I wouldn't think so, though. I'm afraid it will take a more educated person than myself to answer your question - if it is answerable at all. When in doubt, remove as many variables as you can. Having said that, if these substances are providing substantial relief, I would continue with them - at least until that more educated fellow comes along. (COUGH - Larry Hoover).

What do you think of L-theanine? How does it affect you?
