I can't think of any possible adverse interaction, if that's what you're worried about. In fact, as taurine is a substrate for monoamine oxidase, your plan to start using an MAOI might give you a stronger effect from the taurine you do use. Rodent studies have shown pretty substantial increases in brain taurine concentration on use of both MAO-A and -B inhibitors.
