Larry just read the bottle only l00mcg. Funny when I went to the plant based MVI I started going downhill with the thyroid being unstable. I'd had thoughts about the MVI. So now how much selenium?
The ER visits during the day coincide with the nights I wake up bathed in sweat with rapid pulse. out of the blue.
Yes I agee with you about the benzos. I have cut myself to only 30mg during the night as I sleep better and am better during the day with this regime. When I worked in detox they would detox a person in four days with incredibly high doses of valium since the half life is so long. And I was only on the high doses for a little over two weeks.
