Blueberry I also took xanax for years inbetween valium and ativan. And I never went above 2mg. No and it did seem to have some antideressant properties as klonopin caused be to feel suicidal and I wasn't suicidal does that make sense. So the pdoc stopped the klonopin and put me back on xanax and bingo the suicidal feeling were gone. So yes I think you can. Love phillipa
