> Dear Val what is your reason for saying this? In what way is it much better? Fred3mg is a rather high dosage to be on especially if you take it daily. Reports are that xanax antidpressant properties are better at the lower dosages. I find this to be true. For long term use I prefer to keep to 2mg or less.
