I have been on benzo's for 2 years.
First
1)Clonazepam - early like in high school
2)Ativan 6mg - which didnt work for severe panic attacks.
3)Clonazepam - 6mg made me very depressed. Not doing that high of dose again ever.
4)Xanax 4mg- wears off very quickly the problem is you have to redose. And you really cant.But im still the same. Xanax is the most relieving, but wears off very quick. Ativan does ease, actally it does block some mania, but not panic attacks. I didnt have alot of thought on Ativan.
