Now that you're on Seroxat, you might not need the Tranxene anymore. Even so, Tranxene should be tapered gradually. Stopping it abruptly was not a good idea!

Different people need to taper at different rates. I would recommend that you reduce the dose in steps of 25mg. Don't rush!
