Larry is right, you can't come off Tranxene abruptly, it's very important to reduce the dose gradually if you want to come off it. Take a dose of Tranxene as soon as possible.

Not permanently though. Tranxene tends to suppress the symptoms of TD. Abrupt withdrawal of Tranxene will temporarily aggravate your symptoms. A slow taper is vital.
Take a dose of Tranxene tonight, or even two doses if you feel you need it. I'm sorry you're feeling so bad :-(
Abrupt withdrawal of Tranxene can cause depression and anxiety. You'll feel better after you've taken your dose.
