That's the biggest drawback of this database; it doesn't indicate agonism/antagonism. The hotlinks in the right column, that take you to the Pubmed abstract, sometimes give you the answer. Other times, I've been able to find out by doing Google searches using the receptor subtype as one of the keywords.
