Try adding Abilify.

You might experience anxiety, insomnia, and akathisia-like side effects during the first week or two, but the drug becomes a very clean anti-anxiety drug thereafter, helping to avoid anxious catastrophic thinking. There seems to be no weight gain associated with the use of this drug, and it would not interfere with the others you are currently taking.

If you decide on Abilify, I would recommend a target dosage of 10mg. I am not sure if starting low and slow at 2.5mg avoids the startup side effects that I mentioned, but it is worth a try.

GOOD LUCK!

YOU DESERVE SOME!

Continue doing the work you know is necessary. I am in your corner.
