yes, for example clonidine but there are also two others i know. Clonidine can sedate you a bit, it is said to be depressing but i only had some strange dreams when i tried the a2-agonist.

alpha2-agonists do have pain diminishing effects they were also used to calm animals before anaesthesia. Now they are used in PTSD with diazepam and propranolol to stop saving bad things in the telencephalon forever.
