Hi,
That's exactly what I'd do, why continue to suffer on 150mg of Wellbutrin, you may as well up the dose to 300mg, you've nothing to lose, you'll either carry on feeling bad or hopefully feel better on it.
Is there anything else you can take (like klonopin or something) just to get you through this until you find something that works?
Also, how long have you been on 10mg of Lexapo? Istn't that quite a low dose?
