Hi DH!

I've only tried chlorpromazine and prochlorperazine. Chlorpromazine was vile. I didn't have any side effects from prochlorperazine but I only took a tiny dose - with codeine to prevent nausea/vomiting.

Did you find trifluoperazine, fluphenazine and perphenazine to be similar??? Fluphenazine seems to have acquired a reputation for being the most 'depressing'. Perphenazine seems to be thought of as being a bit more sedating.... and trifluoperazine a bit less sedating.

>Sulpiride at 50mg is different. No side effects at all and gives a totally different taming effect unlike BZ or SSRIs. However 100mg gave an dysphoric mood.

Yes definately, the dose needs to be low for anxiety/depression. What do you mean when you say it was taming? Did it effect you similar to flupenthixol?

>Amisulpride 50mg is alittle more sedating than its brother.....

Perhaps 50mg was a bit too much, did you try 25mg? 25mg amisulpride is claimed to be 'similar' to 50mg sulpiride.

Kind regards

~ed
