Perhaps I misspelled it. It is Trilafon. The Pdoc that prescribed it called it "Try Laughing".
Trilafon is a major tranquilizer, also used as an anti-psychotic.
Extract from www.health_center.com Trilafon "acts on nerve transmitters
to improve distorted patterns of thinking and behavior. Trilafon is a
medium potency antipsychotic medication (also called a neuroleptic or
major tranquilizer) which is used to alleviate agitation and psychosis,
usually in schizophrenia. Antipsychotic medications work by blocking the
neurotransmitter dopamine in the brain."
