Hi ED!
> Perphenazine seems to be thought of as being a bit more sedating.... and trifluoperazine a bit less sedating.

That is very true.

What do you mean when you say it was taming? Did it effect you similar to flupenthixol?

No. Flup. is quite activating at 1mg in the mornong. It makes me want to clean things, organize things...etc.

Sulpiride just gives me a warm anxiolytic effect and the things that used to worry me vanish.

25mg amisulpride is claimed to be 'similar' to 50mg sulpiride.

I do not know.Amisulpride at 50 did not result in dysphoria at all(unlike Sulpiride 100)
.It has the same effect as Sulpiride 50,but in addition it just makes me feel good from the inside.
It "brightens" my mood. But as I said before, this second effect does not last with repeated doses,or else I would have taken it regularly.
That is why I keep a couple of packs when I need to feel good for a day or 2 (when I'm mildly depressed).

All the best!
DH
