No, actually it relaxed me in a good way. I remember being at work years ago, going through a very stressful time, getting rx for valium, taking 5mg and saying Ahhh, I can finally relax. I took my first dose of 5mg last night and unfortunately that Ahhhh, did not occur. I've probably built up a tolerance to all benzos as I've been on them for over 30 years. Fondly, Phillipa
