Hi Ed! No, she didn't. That could be partly my fault as she said, "So you don't need anything during the day?", and I said no. I guess I'll have to see how it works first. I think I will take it before I go to sleep, when I go to read, and see if I feel anything from it. Fondly, Phillipa O
