My wife died in 12/03 from a seizure disorder, she was an epileptic (had seizures since she was 12) and was bipolar, she took a cocktail of more than 12 drugs, including 90 mgs of remeron soltab and 600 mgs of effexor xr.
Am wondering if remeron in high doses is proconvulsant, and whether such a high dosage of remeron and effexor xr and having her brain marinate in serotonin might have shortcircuited
her mental circuitry allowing her to seize and die.Wife's medical records are still being examined, nine months - do these things normally drag out this long ?
