Generic liquid mirtazapine is available in the UK. It is manufactured by Rosemont. It contains 15mg/ml so you would need to use a 1ml oral syringe to measure out small doses.

Do you have the Orodispersible (SolTab) mirtazapine tablets where you live? If you do, you could always try dissolving one in a specific amount of water in a measuring cylinder and drinking part of it to get a small dose.
