Jonnyj, I cannot use the system yet. I am on the Remeron, just a "shaving" of the 15mg pill at evenings. sttill very drowsy until noon next day, have to take care of my kid, 2ys old, its hard when you are drowsy.
however, it does work to cut my anxiety, had to go for remeron after years of anxyolitics/Lexaurin bromazepam.
Interested to learn, if you managed to stay off all drugs thanks
