Hi HP,
Thanks for the encouragement. Turns out the rash is basically nothing, the vertigo can be controlled with dramamine/meclizine... I'll just take it at night to sleep. My PDOC wanted me to back off a little on the trileptal (go back to 450 from 600 for awhile)... my answer to that is absolutely not and I will fight her on that one if she pushes because this medicine has helped me very very much... In fact, once my dizziness subsides, I have every intention of slowly moving on up in dose to get the full therapeutic effect of it. I've considered dumping the Luvox for Paxil as it seems to aggravate rapid cycling for me... but alot of them probably will to certain extent so on the same token, maybe I should just let sleeping dogs lie with it. Luvox is actually working

> In my case, I'm always carrying 'Dramamine'primarily designed for 'travel/motion sickness.' after milder 'dizzy spells' on the road. It was VERY scary experience NOT knowing whether I was capable to drive back home. Luckily, the dizziness subsided with time, ... probably took about a couple of hours.

In my experience, most of doctors normally/routinely asking what med./med. combo. you've been on. If you mention all of the meds., he/she may advise you to discontinue or at least 'lower' its dosage. Someone with Bp visited the Endocriologist and the doc. advised her to take off the Lithium completely due to negative effect on her problem. She complied, however without Lithium, her 'mania' aggrevated. After that, she went immediately went back to the Lithium regimen without any manic episodes. Then, be cautious before making a trip any of those 'specialists,' unless you ABSOLUTELY feel it necessary.
