Besides Trileptal, ... I recall you've been on other two meds., one is Luvox and other is a med. for sleep, Ativan and something?(I can not remember what med.). Then, your experiencing on Vertigo(very nauseating) might be 'interaction' from all those meds.Besides vertigo, if you're still in trouble on sleeping and other problems that interferes your daily acitivies, ... then you may need to talk to your pdoc. ASAP. Because, there could be some 'other' reasons, not only from the med. combo. but also your physical problem(?) surfaced after the med. regimen.
Vertigo(severe form of nausea) shouldn't be ignored. That's my personal opinion.
