Are you using Prozac just to wean off Effexor? Or do you plan to keep taking it?
If it's just to wean off Effexor, you might try 20 mg Prozac per day for 2 weeks, then 10 mg until the second week after completely stopping Effexor.
Are you doing well on Effexor? If so, why not take enough with you to Russia to last the whole trip?
