Oh god! You're not bipolar (in my opinion) although a mood stabilizer could help you. Antidepressants don't seem to work with you. It is perfectly possible.
Ask your pdoc for a good dose of clonazepam (Rivotril, Klonopin). Valium is almost useless in panic attacks.
