I was taking Wellbutrin and Paxil together, Paxil killed my sex life completely. Two doctors suggested trying Zoloft in addition to my Wellbutrin XL 150mg. I just started the Zoloft 25mg yesterday after waiting four weeks after stopping the Paxil. I plan to stay at 25mg for 1 mont and not go to 50mg unless I feel it necessary.
SSRI's in general can cause some sexual dysfunction but Paxil made it impossible, not just lack of ejaculation but 100% loss in sexual desire. Paxil should be approved by the FDA for sex offenders and nymphomaniacs. I tried Zoloft about ten years ago and it never killed my libido then but stopped taking it because I was drinking quite a bit. I don't drink anymore so I'll let you know in a few weeks how things are going.
